Day Treatment Weekday Sessions

Our Day Treatment programme explores triggers, why we have urges to drink, coping strategies and the feelings associated with substances. This is a 6-week programme, 3 set hours a week. This service is tailored to suit your needs; focussing on reduction, recovery maintenance, life skills and psycho-education – focussing on subjects such as depression, anxiety and stress.

Counselling & Recovery Coaching Service

Bespoke, confidential sessions focussing on the needs of individuals at times that suit you.

£60 per session, and £300 for a set of 6 – saving you £60.

All sessions can be run via zoom or on our site in Yalding.
