Welcome to Mount Ephraim – our family home for many generations of the Dawes family since 1695. 
At Mount Ephraim, we have ten acres of glorious gardens to explore open five days a week between April and September.  Our West Wing Tea Room serves cream teas, light lunches, and afternoon teas between April and September for our garden visitors to savour mid-ramble.

We also offer superb on-site accommodation where you can stay in our luxurious five-bedroom B&B or rent out the self-catering Garden Wing which sleeps 12. Both are situated in the beautiful Victorian house with stunning views and offer unlimited access to our ten acres of gardens outside of normal visiting hours. 

Every year we host family-friendly events in the gardens including easter trails, lambing days, apple and cherry days, outdoor theatre productions, and even large-scale concerts like the annual A New Day Festival.

The house is available to hire for weddings and private parties and provides the perfect space to celebrate with loved ones.
