Founded in 1999 in Hastings, ASL has been providing high-quality recruitment services throughout Kent and East Sussex ever since.

When we started, we wanted to create a refreshingly new style of recruitment. Having been on the receiving end of the Employer-Employee relationship, both as client and candidate, we were painfully aware of those characteristics we wanted to avoid! From this starting point, we set about building a recruitment company with a difference, one that would break the stereotypical mould and set the standard of best practice within our industry.

We’re more than ‘just’ a recruitment agency too. Originally established from the base of our sister company, Assessment Systems Ltd, our founding directors and current Managing Director have a strong background in HR and occupational psychology. As a result, where appropriate, we also offer a range of specialist assessment, HR and Recruitment Consultancy services.
