The Shampan story has humble beginnings with a group of family members opening an intimate Indian restaurant in Bromley, Kent in 1989
Little did they know to what extent the locals would welcome them with open arms, taking the establishment’s delicious cooking, it’s warm and friendly environment and convivial service to their hearts. The restaurant was such a success that its proven track record made the owners take another bold step by moving the restaurant to a much larger premises a mere stone’s throw away, 2002.
Good food and welcoming staff are often the back bone of a great restaurant. They are also the essence of what hospitality is all about.
I’m an Online Coach and Personal Trainer.
At 48, I understand how frustrating it is to feel exhausted all the time and not be able to keep up with the changes that peri-menopause and menopause bring but I must say that I feel better than I have in years and that’s because I have invested time and money in my health and wellness and worked on my mindset!
My ultimate goal is to help other women like me feel like the best version of themselves, have more energy, manage peri-menopause and menopause symptoms such as anxiety, not feel guilty about putting themselves first for a change, and ultimately, be proud of and love themselves.
