Companies House has announced that all public digital data held on the UK register of companies has been made freely accessible via its new public beta search service. The search service will provide public access to over 170 million digital records on companies’ financial accounts and details of directors and secretaries during the life of a company. Planned features, which will be available at a later date, include details of disqualified directors, previous company names and details of dissolved companies.
