On this episode of the Bunker Xtra Show we will be discussing the governments Kickstarter Programme .
Paul is joined by James Brown & Deborah Callway from the Department Work Pensions Kickstart Scheme in Kent .
The Kickstart Scheme offers an employer £1500 up-front to take on a young person for 25hrs per week for 6 months and we pay the wages and relevant NI contributions. The employer has no obligation to formally employ the young person , its about offering them paid work experience and some work history to put on their CV.
