Luxury Yoga & Mindfulness Retreat Comes To Finchcocks

Are you feeling a little frazzled and in need of a refresh? We may have just the ticket, as Finchcocks in Goudhurst is hosting an all-inclusive, women’s yoga and mindfulness retreat this September!

The stunning Grade II listed Georgian manor, which also offers piano courses for adults, has teamed with 10 of Zen to host its first-ever yoga retreat.

The retreat is being held on the 14-16 September 2018 at the stunning Finchcocks’ estate, which stands in some 13 acres of beautiful grounds.

10 of Zen at Finchcocks will host an intimate group of 10 – 12 women, kicking off on Friday evening with a sumptuous supper and finishing by Sunday lunchtime.

The expert team at 10 of Zen will run a series of classes and sessions throughout the weekend, including: short workshops; meditation and mindfulness exercises; a guided reflective walk in nature; mindful wine tasting at the local pub; and yoga which is suitable for all ages and abilities.

All guests will be treated to their very own luxurious en-suite double bedroom for two nights of uninterrupted sleep in Finchcocks’ recently renovated Coach House.

A menu of wholesome home-cooked food and delicious drinks, served by Finchcocks’ private chef, will be available all weekend.

Finchcocks is set in the stunning Weald of Kent – an easy 20 minute drive from Tunbridge Wells. The 10 of Zen team will be running a shuttle service to and from Tunbridge Wells train station (45 minutes from London), and can help with any alternative arrangements.
